Hello everyone! In this post I want to review the Brush Guard. I'm sure you've heard about these on Youtube or on Blogs before. They're really amazing! The ones I have are the Shadow/Liner Pack and the Blush Pack.

Ilk olarak, bunu nereden alabilirsiniz? thebrushguard.com websitesinde hem uygun ürün (her pack $5,50) hem de uygun kargo fiyatlarina bulabilirsiniz. Asagida gördügünüz gibi Shadow/Liner Pack'in icinden 10 tane XS büyüklügünde Brush Guard cikiyor. Ben birkacini kaybettigim icin sadece 7 tane görüyorsunuz. :D

First off, where can you buy these guards? They're sold on the official website thebrushguard.com for reasonable prices and shipping costs. As you can ee in the pictures below, the Shadow/Liner Pack comes with 10 Brush Guards in the size XS, but because I've lost some of mine there are only 7 on the photo.

Cok esnek ve cok dayanikli bir yapiya sahipler. Benim kalin far fircalarim da var ve XS boyu hepsine sigiyor.

These are so flexible and quite resistant as well. The size XS fits all of my eye and lip brushes.

Gördügünüz gibi fircalarimi yikadiktan sonra üzerine bunlardan gecirip kurutuyorum. Aslinda bas asagi bir bardakta kurutuyorum, cünkü yan yatirip ya da dik tutup kurutursaniz, o zaman icinde kalan su fircanin sapina dogru gidiyor ve orada killari birbirine bagli tutan yapiskani cözüyor ve bu yüzden de killarin dökülmesine sebep oluyor. Ama resmi daha iyi cekebilmek icin yan yatirdim fircalarimi.

After washing my brushes I put these on while they're drying. I usually put my wet brushes upside down into a glass cup, because when you put your brushes to the side or upside down while they're drying, then the water that's still inside can go down to the base of the brush and loosen up the glue that's keeping all the bristles together, which can lead to the hairs falling out of the brush. You don't want that, do you? I just placed them on their side so I can take a better picture of the brush guards.

Blush Pack olaninda 8 tane 'Small' boyunda Brush Guard bulunuyor, ama tabii yine bir tanesini kaybettigim icin 7 tane var resimde -_-. Bunlar dedigim gibi cok esnek ve göründügü gibi ince degil; cidden beklemediginiz kadar kalin fircalara bile girebiliyorlar, asagidaki resimde göreceginiz gibi.

The Blush Pack comes with 8 Small sized Brush Guards, but of course I've lost one again, so there are only 7 on the pic -_-. As I said before, these are really flexible and can even fit brushes with really thick handles easily.

Tabii bazi fircalarima (mesela arkada gördügünüz Ecotools fircasi) Small boyu sigmadi, onun icin de Kabuki ve Powder Brush Pack'ini almam lazim.

Brush Guard'i özel yapan sey nedir? Dedigim gibi esnekler ve hemen hemen her fircaniza sigiyorlar, sigmiyorsa da sigacak büyüklükte de satiliyorlar. Ucuzlar ve websitesi Türkiye'ye de gönderiyor. Ama Brush Guard'i bu kadar iyi yapan sey, fircalarin orjinal formunu korumasi, kururken üzerine pislik ve bakterilerin konmasini engellemesi ve fircalarinizi ilk aldiginiz günkü gibi göstermesi! Of course there are some thicker brushes (for example the Ecotools brush) that didn't fit the Brush Guard, so I'll have to get the Kabuki or Powder Brush Pack for that.

But what makes these Brush Guards so awesome? As I said before, they're really flexible and can fit almost any brush size; and if it doesn't, then there is definitely a size pack that does fit your brushes. They're so cheap at $5,50 a pack and the website delivers worldwide, which is also great! The Brush Guard maintains the original shape of your brush, protects it from bacteria while it's drying and makes it look lke the day you bought it! I think it really is amazing and it's something that everyone with a passion for make-up should own! They look so simple but they really really make a huge difference.
